The room was a cozy sanctuary with all the comforts I needed after a day of exploring Zurich. The soundproofing made it a peaceful haven, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm summer nights.

I found the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim for my liking.

Whenever I stay here, I feel at home. The staff's hot drink on my first visit left a lasting impression. This place has everything I need - Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and more. Can't wait to return for New Year!

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children of the staff with luggage and check-out procedures.
